Symposium at the Brooklyn Museum: New Feminist Art Scholarship

Highlighting the work of emerging scholars,
Feminism Now presents contemporary,
groundbreaking research presented by graduate
and post-graduate students on a wide range of
feminist issues and topics that reflect new
directions and perspectives in feminist
scholarship. Featuring a keynote address by
curator and critic Carey Lovelace and two
consecutive panels moderated by artist
Nayland Blake and art historian Johanna
Burton. Free with Museum admission, but
