This line actually starts near the 69th St. pier in Bay Ridge (John Gallagher, of blessed memory, used to lead a hike along this roadway for the Appalachian Mtn. Club every year or two), and reviving this freight track as a transit line along with creating meaningful ferry service is long overdue.
Rejuvenate.
