The warmest Halloween on record in New York City was 81 degrees in 1946. This evening the temperature was 58 degreets but it was much warmer during the day.

What were your favorite costumes at the Halloween parade?

  1. Little kid pulling a Thomas Train that had been built over a red flyer wagon. The 2 year old was dressed as an engineer. Great concept and execution and the kid was so in to it. Inside the train there was a cute (live) Maltese dog that was the passenger. The train was big enough for the kid to sit in but I think he was just in to pulling the train for his little dog. Adorable!!
