After moving all my cherished belongings into my new place, I needed a reward. My dear, well-intentioned mother raised me in this manner, and as a consequence, I can complete a basic task only if someone throws me a fish afterwards I treat myself to a specially selected meal afterwards. Alerted to a Friends and Family night at Visions, 752 Coney Island Avenue on Friday night and were pleasantly surprised. I remember 752 a dark and dirty bar you tried not to remember, because you went into it inorder to forget. But today
Gotta say that the burgers, wings and roast beef on weck are all phenomenal. Would have tried something else but these are too good to deny.
David, I agree re: the Cote du Rhone at Cocotte. It was such a perfect match for that burger. I’ll have more to report on Friday…

For atmosphere plus a great burger, I definately prefer sitting at the Cocotte bar (not the restaurant) to Bonnies. Nothing like a fine Cote de Rhone to go with.
