Does anyone know of a similar site for older people? My mother is an incredible cancer survivor, and widow in her early sixties. I would love to help her find someone in her age group.
Thank you for any information,
Kate
I too thought that dating would be scary…i went to the CancerMatch http://www.cancermatch.com site….it still is scary to do, but, at least, I am emailing with people who know what being diagnosed with cancer is all about.
I am a prostate cancer fighter, survivor and a single man in my fifties. I googled cancer and survivor and dating, and found your blog. I also found the cancer survivor dating site, previously cited in one of your other comments, http://www.cancermatch.com I am grateful that there is at least one large cancer survivor dating site like CancerMatch and hopeful that live will only get better.
There is an even better Cancer Dating website, called http://www.cancermatch.com It is free and seems to have something to do with the Lance Armstrong people. For my money, and for my lovelife, I think I would rather be with the Livestrong people than just a local girls website.
This is a national site. It’s not just New York. Louise
oh and I’m in Portland, OR
I survived Hodgkins at age 15 and breast cancer at age 40…
I live in Sacramento, but thought the idea of cancer survivors and dating a bit daunting. This site is a great idea.
