#2 – Isn’t the idea of a vacation to go someplace different/new? Why would I want a “Brooklyn feel” on vacation? Why bother going away at all?
To talk about real estate or whether 6th and 7th avenue should run one way [or OTBKB—not that there is anything wrong with that]? May as well go to Coney Island to experience something real..
