maybe in the slope, but cobble hill AND carroll gardens rents on any block with ‘life’ have skyrocketed like never before. Real true bedrooms (not that dining nook or big closet they ‘call’ a bedroom that you might put up with if you’re fresh out of college) have shot to the $3000 mark and above. it’s crazy! the greed of landlords never ceases…
