File a Complaint at 311 or Public Advocate Hotline

The Office of the Public Advocate is compiling reports of streets that remain obstructed by snow or abandoned vehicles. After reporting such conditions to 311, New Yorkers should call the Public Advocate Hotline at 212-669-7250 or file a report online at www.advocate.nyc.gov.

  1. As a new resident in Staten Island I am truly disappointed and appauled at the neglect for the safety and concern of my resdentail street and those nieghboring around it. After 48 hrs of the blizzard a plow came by and did an absoultey poor job of cleaning the streets. Alot of residents including myself lost an extra days work due to a full day of shoveling and the fact that we were literally left stranded. The poor decision making and lack of concern for the residents here is truly disgusting. The only thing I am thnkaful for is that our wonderful fiscal conservative Mayor is not running again in 2012.
