I will only eat this once in a while because it’s not all healthy, but I’m sure the food is good. I think having a fast food truck outside for the summer creates more service and is really fast. You wouldn’t have to be crammed up in a store where it might be hot and sticky while you are hungry.
A majority of the brick and mortar restaurants I have been to over the last several years have not been anything to write home about. Many times the food is just okay and the service is plain bad.
However I am hoping that brick and mortar restaurants get the picture. Right now gourmet food trucks are all about customer service and great food.
