Here’s my guess: there are very good reasons why Union Hall had to enact a stroller/kid ban. I am guessing they didn’t really want to do it but they had to.

I’ve never been to Union Hall, but the story just doesn’t seem right. A stroller ban makes sense to me for space reasons, but isn’t Union Hall also a restaurant? Can you ban children from a restaurant?
