Hepcat reports that there were six police cars and an ambulance on the north side of Third Street between 6th and 7th Avenues Sunday morning at 2 a.m.
Does anyone know what was going on? Hepcat was working at his computer when he heard the sirens.

There were three or four police cars on the north side of Third Street when I drove by it at around 12:15 am. All parked at that point, no sirens.
