Last night the DOT said that there had been a study showing that one ways are safer. Does anybody know the citation for this? It is a broad survey, going back to 1910. I have a feeling that if we look at recent data on street changes similar to what we are facing we will find results that support our common sense that the DOT is proposing a grave threat to the pedestrians of our community.
