This is BIG NEWS: The building across from PS 321 and the Second Street Cafe — ON THE CORNER OF SECOND STREET AND SEVENTH AVENUE. THE EYESORE. The place that used to have the FUNKY/CRAZY cafe/club (if you could call it that). IT’S FOR SALE for $5.75 million!!!

It’s a wreck for sure. The woman who owns it has a daughter or two  who lived there for a while and had a used clothing store in there.
