When naming pets one really should consider the context in which the name will be used….. These are indoor/outdoor cats meaning that their 76 year old owner will be needing to call/shout for them at all hours of the day and night. Breaking the quiet stillness of the country with a high pitched “here kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty, here (name to be determined)”. This call trills off the owners tongue in rapid fire. Two syllable names with accent on first syllable work best. Therefore Hansel and Gretel get my vote – not the cutest but it fits the bill.
