GREG’S EXPRESS RUBBISH REMOVAL

Forget U-Haul . Greg’s Express Rubbish Removal is graciously providing the truck that will secure our Brooklyn Film Works movie screen.

Kim Maier, director of the Old Stone House, called Greg Wednesday night during the Brooklyn Film Works "dress rehearsal" and he came right over to JJ Byrne Park. He has trucks as big as Fresh Direct trucks that’ll be perfect to hold up the 12 x 15 ft. screen.

Greg is our hero. He will drive the truck up to the Old Stone House on Tuesday night and take it back after 11 p.m. Thank you so very much.

Check out his web site. It’s really cool and fun:

"We’re trashy. We love trash, in fact, we take what the Sanitation Department won’t.  Give us your trash. Please.

  1. Warning to all: I spoke to Greg directly to set up a trash removal after doing some remodeling. He personally assured me that everything would be taken care of. His crew never showed up, but somehow I was still charged. Repeated calls went unanswered. I had to put a stop payment on my credit card to get my money back. I would not recommend doing any business with Greg.

  2. i used gregs express several times.Very professional…They even swept the place down and gave me a great gift.Thank you gregs express.and for the lady the supposedly reported ,,maybe you shouldn`t have been doing work in your house without permits anyway…cant cheat the system honey.

  3. Gregs express is a wonderful company. When i was stuck in a jam Greg personally came over to help and load the truck personally. They are a great bunch of guys in which i will use again and again
Gregs express was my life saver.thank you guys

  4. Just a warning. My experience with Greg’s Express was horrendous! They changed their price day of the job (after I had already done shopping around and price checking — changing it the day of was too late for me to schedule someone else who had given a better price). Then they did a horrible job — they didn’t bring the proper tools for the job, much of the time they left one man to do the work (probably needed about 4-5) and the forman left for the whole day, so that my husband and I essentially were the foremen. The job ended up taking double the time (I had to postpone scheduled renovation work and pay my construction workers to sit around waiting almost a full day for Greg’s Rubbish to complete their work). I have a good deal of experience with rubbish removal and have never been unhappy with a company before — this was so far below basic expectations. And on top of this, they left an absolute mess and unfinished work.
When I complained to them about the horrible job they did, they reported me to the DOB(it was very obviously them, because the time of the phone call into buildings departemt was minutes after my complaint to them). This was just a very skanky reaction to a very honest complaint about the job done.
If I were you, I wouldn’t take chances on these guys. It’s one thing to have a job poorly done, but it’s a whole other thing when underhanded tactics are put into place — very unprofessional!
