Outer B,  a Queen’s based real estate blog (not unlike Brownstoner), ran this story about a Queen’s real estate broker who is trying to lure Park Sloper’s to Queens:

killed me with the ads he’s been running in Park Slope. (Full

don’t know of any other broker in Queens with as much originality or
